- 1⅓ tsp Olive oil
- 1½ cups asparagus spears
- 1½ cups yellow onions , finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 6 oz shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 1-2 tbs lemon juice
- 2 lemon wedges
- 2 medium green peppers seeded
- Using high heat, Saute asparagus, onions, green peppers & garlic in oil until tender, about 10 min.
- Add shrimp & lemon juice
- Lower heat to medium or until shrimp are pink.
- garnish with lemon wedges
