Jerk Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 cups green leaf or romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ¼ cup canned kidney beans
  • 4 tsp olive oil & vinegar dressing
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp jerk seasoning
  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
Instructions
  1. Combine Vegetables & dressing ingredients.
  2. Place chicken slices on top.
