Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops VEGAN Energy On The Go Protein Powder
  • 1 extra large or jumbo egg
  • 1⁄2 tsp of unsweetened almond, cashew, soy, or coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 tsp melted VEGAN butter
  • Optional: 1 tsp of cinnamon or peanut butter powder.

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients together to prepare batter and cook!
