Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup oatmeal cooked
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ green apple, chopped
  • 3 scoops of Vi-Shake protein powder
  • 3 tsp slivered almonds
  • cinnamon & nutmeg to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oatmeal & milk in microwave for 2½ minutes.
  2. mix in chopped apple, protein powder, almonds and spices.
