Swiss Style Turkey Burger
- 4½ oz ground turkey burger patty
- 1 oz veggie or Daiya cheese
- 1 tbs lite mayonnaise
- ½ hamburger bun
- 1 large lettuce leaf
- 1 thick tomato slice
- 1 dill pickle wedge
- cook burger in non-stick skillet until medium.
- top with cheese, spread mayonnaise on bun, top with lettuce , burger patty, tomato, serve with pickle.
- Dessert : 1 cup unsweetened applesauce sprinkled with cinnamon.
