Chicken Salad Express
- 4 oz. cooked barbecue chicken , shredded
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- ¼ cup garbanzo beans
- 1 small tomato wedge
- 2 cups English cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 2 tbs Lite Ranch dressing
- In a large bowl, place in chicken and all ingredients, toss lightly.
- add dressing to coat lettuce leaves.
